The intelligently designed cubic building is enriched by the use of classic louvred shutters positioned above the traditional local window surrounds. This architectural device gives the building a character that is both timelessly modern and charmingly residential.

The floor-plan concept, developed by LAUX ARCHITEKTEN, was also executed to the highest standard. Two independent apartments and one townhouse were created across up to three different levels within the beautifully landscaped plot.
